Purpose - increase tool life by reducing the rotational speed. A gear is mounted on the drive drive shaft with the possibility of rotation relative to the shaft. The tool is equipped with a gear wheel with an internal gear ring mounted on the working body with the possibility of embracing gear and kinematically connected with the latter. On the working body are rock-breaking teeth. They perform a rotational shock, due to which destruction of the rock is carried out. The tooth periodically comes out of contact with the rock and is cooled. Thus, by reducing the number of revolutions of the rock-cutting organ and periodically moving the teeth out of contact with the rock, the tool durability is increased. 2 Il. An eccentric cam 2 is rigidly fixed to the drive shaft 1. The working body 3 is rotatably mounted on the cam 2. On the working body 3 there are rock-breaking teeth 4. The gear shaft 5 is also mounted rotatably relative to shaft 1 on the drive shaft 1, and the gear wheel 6 with the internal gear ring 7 is fixed on the working body 3. The gear wheel 6 is kinematically connected with a pinion gear 5 and is located with the possibility of coverage of the latter, The tool works as follows. When the drive shaft 1 rotates together with the cam 2, the working member 3 rotates in the opposite direction of rotation of the drive shaft 1, due to the gearing of the gear wheel 6 with the gear 5 with a reduced number of revolutions.
